Return an Item
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you can return it for a refund provided you notify us within 14 days of the delivery date to you.
If you want to return an item, please read through our full returns and refund policy before you proceed.
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the shoes are not used. All shoes must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging.

How do I return an item?
- Go to your Order History and enter the e-mail you used to place your original order and we will emall you a one time log in code
- Check your email inbox (spam and junk) for your one time log in code and enter it as instructed
- Open the order that you want to submit a return for and choose Request Return. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) that you want to return
- Select a return reason and add any notes for us to review.
- Once completed, click Request Return
- If approved, you will be e-mailed a prepaid return postage label to print out along with instructions on how to prepare your item for posting
- Attach the postage label to your package and drop off at your local Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office before the expiry date on the label
We recommend that you retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit. The items remain your responsibility until we have received them.

Are there any charges for returns?
- There are no administration charges for returns
- Return shipping is free when you use the shipping label provided by us.
- You will be responsible for return packaging costs.

What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment; provided
- The items are unused and in their original condition
- The items are in their original retail packaging (ie the original box)

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If your refund is approved it will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 days of us receiving your purchase. It may take a further 3 to 5 days before you receive the funds back into your account.
