RETURNS

Returns are simple and free*.

To start a return visit the Returns Portal.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return your purchase for a refund.
If you change your mind and want to return your purchase you must notify us of your intention to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us you must return your purchase within 14 days. If you fail to notify us or do not return your purchase within the above time frames, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

*Return shipping is free when you use the prepaid shipping label provided by us, within 7 days of issue or by the expiry date on the label, whichever comes first.

To be eligible for a refund, all shoes must be returned in original condition and in original packaging. You may try the shoes on like you would in a store, on a clean carpeted area, but please do not use the shoes. If they are returned to us and are damaged, used or in an improper condition, we will not be able to refund you and we will return the shoes to you (and ask you to cover the postage costs). All shoes are inspected on return.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Original delivery charges will be refunded only when all items in an order are returned. Please note that customer upgraded delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR SENT IN ERROR ITEMS
We hope that your purchase reaches you in good condition. However, if upon receipt you discover that there is damage or a fault or you discover that we have, in error, not sent you what you ordered (for example we have sent you the wrong colour), do not use the item and notify us within 14 days as per our returns policy above via the Returns Portal.

You must then return the damaged, faulty, or incorrect item to us to start the refund process. You should return the purchase to us within 14 days of notifying us, as per our returns policy above.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved it will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 days of us receiving your purchase. It may take a further 3 to 5 days before you receive the funds back into your account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
It may take some time before you receive a refund once we have issued it. If you haven't received your refund, first check with your card provider and then check with your bank.

If you have done this and you still have not yet received your refund, please contact us.

We recommend that you retain your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit. The items remain your responsibility until we have received them.

If you are returning an item because it is damaged, faulty, or sent in error, your original shipping costs will be refunded.
