Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Tuesdays to Fridays. Orders received before 11:59pm on these days are dispatched within three working days. We do not dispatch orders on weekends, Mondays or public holidays.

DELIVERY CHARGES
UK Standard deliveries (Royal Mail Tracked) are free of charge for all orders. We have suspended our Express postage upgrade option for the forseeable future. Please note that customer upgraded delivery charges are non refundable.

DELIVERY
Deliveries made by our courier(s) are usually made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. You should normally receive your order within three to five working days after dispatch.

However, please bear in mind that there may be circumstances that are beyond our control that may result in a delay to you receiving your order. This includes, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disaster, industrial action, public health emergencies, or war or civil unrest.

Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for deliveries that are late.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we do not accept orders from locations outside of this area.
